Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PropTruth, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PropTruth is a tracking tool that helps prop traders monitor their accounts, fees, payouts, and overall ROI across multiple prop trading firms. The Service provides:

• Account tracking and management features
• Transaction and fee logging
• ROI calculations and analytics
• Data export capabilities

PropTruth is a manual tracking tool. We do not connect to your trading accounts or prop firm accounts. All data is entered by you.

As a user of PropTruth, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not use the Service to violate any third-party rights

You may not use PropTruth to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

PropTruth offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will revert to the free tier after the paid period ends
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues with the Service, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropTruth and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PropTruth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.
